तत्कालिन नेपाल अधिराज्यबाट देशका विभिन्न भागमा गएको बाढी, पहिरोको चपेटामा परेका नेपाली जनताहरु तथा सुकुम्बासीहरुरलाई नेपाल सरकारले वि.सं. २०२७ साल देखि वस्ती विकास गर्ने योजना अनुरुप तत्कालीन नेपाल पुनर्वास कम्पनी लिमिटेड शिवसरोजस्थल कञ्चनपुरको स्थापना गरी विभिन्न वस्तीहरुको विकास गर्ने क्रममा केही वस्तीहरु २०२७ सालमा र केही वस्तीहरु जनमतसंग्रहको परिणाम पछि २०३७, २०३८ र २०४० सालमा साविकका, पराशन गा.वि.स., त्रिभुवनवस्ती गा.वि.स., वाइसीविचवा गा.वि.स., र कालिका गा.वि.स.हरुमा वस्ती विकास गरी व्यवस्थित ढङ्गले बसोवास गराइएको थियो ।

Following the devastating floods and landslides that affected various parts of the erstwhile Kingdom of Nepal, the Government of Nepal initiated a settlement development project starting in 2027 BS (approx. 1970–1971 CE). Under this plan, the then Nepal Rehabilitation Company Limited was established in Shivasarozsthal, Kanchanpur, to develop various settlements. While some settlements were established in 2027 BS, others followed after the referendum in 2037, 2038, and 2040 BS within the former Village Development Committees (VDCs) of Parashan, Tribhuvanbasti, Baichibachwa, and Kalika, organized in a systematic manner.
